几个月前，Stable Diffusion的大模型连续推出了两中提速技术，一个是官方的Turbo，一个是清华团队的LCM。

都能在5-8步实现出图效果，把出图时间缩短了5-10倍。

但是，除了Dreamshaper等少数几个大模型坚决跟进外，大部分大模型都还在坚持原有的技术，没有彻底转投Turbo和LCM。

原因很简单，现阶段Turbo和LCM速度是快了，但有明显的画质损失。很多AI绘画爱好者对画质的要求比较高，这两种技术满足不了。

而一些喜欢创作视频的爱好者早早转移到了这两种技术，在画幅足够大的情况下，单帧轻微画质损失不会影响视频效果。

随着字节跳动团队SDXL-Lightning大模型的发布，一夜之间知名大模型都迅速跟进更新了Lightning版本。

为什么？

因为Lightning画质损失非常小，在6-8步左右的时候，肉眼几乎分辨不出任何画质损失。

C站下载量最大的SDXL模型Juggernaut XL，在SDXL-Lightning发布后的第三天，发布了Lightning版本。

这次我会少说一些。在过去两个月里，不断有人要求检查 Turbo 和/或 LCM 选项。然而，我对这两个选项都不是很确信。在我看来，Lightning LoRA 似乎更成熟一些，在测试中，这三种选择中，它最终带来了最好的结果。另外，在这里我不必更改许可证，这对我来说，对你来说，都是一个额外的优点 :)

最后，我决定采取 4 个步骤的 LoRA 的第一步，并将其与 Juggernaut V9 合并。然而，我可能在接下来的几天里也会发布 8 个步骤的版本。关于基本质量，我仍然推荐完整的 V9 检查点，以获得最佳可能的质量。但对于硬件功率较弱的人来说，这个版本会给他们带来好处，他们能够快速生成图像：）所以，如果你还没有体验过 Juggernaut，这可能是一个完美的机会 :)

果然，连精益求精的大模型创作者都选择了Lightning路线。

技术的迭代也给了我一个很大的启示：硬件上的差距也许可以用软件技术来弥补。

SDXL大模型刚发布的时候，几乎淘汰了所有12G以下的小显存用户，但comfyUI等工具通过技术手段，支持到8G显存甚至6G显存，但在低配置的显卡上，庞大的模型带来漫长的出图时间。而Lightning技术的出现，又把SDXL大模型的门槛降到和SD1.5差不多，出图速度甚至远远快于SD1.5。节约了大量的显卡资源。

中国现在面临高端算力卡断供的情况，一定程度上也可以通过类似软件技术的迭代来缓解。
